Plan for execution with a simple tracking system and proactively identify obstacles; setbacks are normal and part of the path.
Don’t go it alone—enlist mentors, partners, and communities, align work goals with stakeholder metrics, and take immediate action.
When you discover what your core values are, you stop setting goals based on what's parked in your neighbor's driveway.
relationship goals are more important than anything else. If your relationships aren't healthy, forget it. You're not going to be happy.
If it is to be, well, it's up to me to go find people to help me along the path, and maybe I can help them along their path as well.
Guide to goal setting
Goal setting doesn’t have to be hard. It doesn’t have to be complex. But it has to work.
And that’s my job. Helping people set goals that work. Goals that they stick to. Goals that are meaningful.
And it’s my job to provide them a framework that helps them follow through and execute so that they can create the success they want in their lives, however, they define success.
If you want to know the exact blueprint I teach my clients, look no further. I pull back the curtain on the goal-setting process that has people saying things like, “I’m shattering the goals I’ve set for myself already. I feel pretty much unstoppable. Every aspect of my life has been affected positively.”
And
“My only regret is that I didn’t do this 20 years ago.”
Let’s dive in.
