Episode #214
Tackle overwhelm by choosing what's important now (WIN): brain-dump your tasks, then commit to just 1–3 priorities today.
Protect focus and bandwidth: build white space on your calendar, limit commitments and inputs, and use simple focus tactics (e.g., Pomodoro).
Give yourself permission to let a ball drop; support mental clarity with physical resets (sleep, hydration, cold exposure), and seek professional help if needed.
Identify what's important now. W-I-N, what's important now, right?
Just focus on one thing.
And as always, until next time, take the time to get clear on your goals and embrace failure as a stepping stone on your path to success.
