Episode #265
Adopt a growth mindset by viewing setbacks as signs of learning and progress, not judgments of self-worth.
Lasting change comes from simple, science-backed, analog habits practiced consistently (e.g., hydration and gratitude) using an inside-out approach.
High performance is driven more by mindset, grit, and daily effort than raw talent; gratitude and reframing friction build resilience.
This is not a game of perfect. This is a game of progress.
That friction I'm feeling is actually my brain rewiring, my body rewiring. This is what it feels like to get better.
My favorite definition of the word gratitude is that gratitude is having an orientation towards recognizing and celebrating the good, even when things are bad.
