Control your inputs and actions: schedule daily media-off time, stop unproductive rumination, and focus on creating value.
Anchor to core values and faith; use productive pauses (journaling, coaching, prayer, exercise, sleep) to gain clarity and resilience.
Then you could just be happy eating a cracker in the rain.
Maybe God wants us to fix our eyes on him at this time and know that nothing else matters. Not sports, not money, nothing except for his love for us and our love for others.
The sun will still rise in the morning, no matter how bad things seem or how dark it can get, there will always be a light shining.
