Use technology intentionally to protect focus: turn off notifications and batch email instead of reacting in real time.
Install cues and tracking systems—alarms, reminders, and simple habit tracking—to build and sustain streaks.
Pick one or two. Don't try to do 15. Don't try to do five even. Pick one or two that really resonate with you and start implementing those.
You know there's another gear in you. You know you have more capacity. You know you have more potential.
It's like keeping score, and when you keep score, when you measure something, you can manage it.
